An integrated food quality research and training programmeThe dates of the upcoming winterschools and workshops of the FOODENGINE netwerk has been set. The network will meet again in Copenhagen on January 27-31, 2020 during the second winterschool organised by UCPH. Partners and fellows will have the opportunity to discuss the research progress during the second workshop hosted by Cargill in Vilvoorde (Belgium) in June 2020 (June 1-5, 2020). During the first week of February in 2021 (February 1-5, 2021) the third FOODENGINE winterschool will take place in France and will be hosted by INRA. From the 31st of May until the 4th of June 2021, the third workshop will be organised by Döhler in Darmstadt (Germany).
